DESCRIPTION:ALERT: COVID-19 is still very much a threat. Please be courteous to others\, and if you feel like you have symptoms of COVID-19\, please refrain from coming!\n\n\n\nRex will be hosting his annual New Year’s Eve party at his house once again. Like in past years\, there will be catering\, fondue\, and entertainment. PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY IF NOT EARLIER THAN 5 P.M. AS CLUBHOUSE PARKING IS EXPECTED TO FILL UP FAST DUE TO EVENT THAT IS GOING TO OCCUR THERE THAT EVENING. \n\n\n\nFOOD AND DRINKS: Food will be catered from Publix and a fried foods/fondue hour has been designated for the 8 O’clock hour. Fondue will be cheese\, chocolate\, and chicken/beef. Please feel free to bring NON-ALCOHOLIC drinks. \n\n\n\nPETS: We have one English Black Lab named Nash. She is a guide dog with Southeastern Guide Dogs and is very playful and will jump on you\, and lick you\, and endlessly ask for belly rubs. She will NOT bite! We will likely move her into the Master Bedroom during the event. Please do not bring any pets unless it is a certified service animal. Thanks! \n\n\n\nPOOL: Pool will be open during the duration of the party. Feel free to bring pool toys and floaties. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS! \n\n\n\nNOTE ABOUT MUSIC: Please note music with accompanying light/laser shows will be played throughout the evening. Music will be loud at times. Rapidly flashing lights/strobes will be in use. Those with photosensitive epilepsy may want to avoid coming. Lights will be located both inside and outside of the house. \n\n\n\nPARKING: Parking is limited to 5 cars at the house itself. Overflow will be redirected to the clubhouse and guests will be shuttled to and from the house and back to the clubhouse after the party.  \n\n\n\nENTERTAINMENT: A Game Room will be set up in the Living Room and will host video/console games on the TV(s) provided and classic board games and card games. \n\n\n\nOVERNIGHT ACCOMODATIONS: If you feel like you are too tired to drive home safely\, you are more than welcome to stay the night. We have 2 twin-sized guest beds and you are free to bring a sleeping bag and pillows. \n\n\n\nVAPING/SMOKING: VAPING AND CIGARETTE SMOKING MUST BE DONE OUTDOORS. VAPING IS NOT ALLOWED INDOORS ANYWHERE WHATSOEVER! \n\n\n\nANY DRUG USE (LEGAL OR NOT) IS NOT PERMITTED ON THE PROPERTY AND WILL NOT BE TOLERATED! Here are some details\, I’ll keep it as short as possible: \n\n\n\n1) we have one (1) cat\, she is human friendly but not dog friendly\, so if anyone needs to bring a dog along\, just don’t let your dog corner her – no matter how friendly your dog is – and they’ll be fine \n\n\n\n2) Havoc and I will provide burgers\, hot dogs\, and squash (I’ll need a head count to get the right amount of ingredients) \n\n\n\n3) BYOB please\, either for yourself or to share\, that’s up to you \n\n\n\n4) We have an N64\, PS2\, Xbox 360\, and Xbox One – we would need 2-3 extra controllers for the N64 and Xboxes if people want to play those games. \n\n\n\n5) we have Jenga\, Chameleon\, One Night Werewolf\, Incoherent\, Voting Game\, and regular cards – if you’d like to bring a board game other than those listed please do \n\n\n\n6) we have a fire pit\, so have fun \n\n\n\n7) We do not condone drinking and driving in any way shape or form. If you’ve been drinking and don’t have a ride\, you’re welcome to spend the night in our guest room or on the couch so you can drive home safely. \n\n\n\n8) If you don’t want people vaping near you indoors please pm me and we will set a rule for it to be outside only (it will be anonymous) ❗️Hookah will be available but outdoors only! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPlease check the Telegram group for the address to this venue.
